Reverend Johnny Rogers to Speak at Alumni Weekend Retreat

Memorial Day Weekend is only five weeks away (May 22 - 25). It's time to sign up for the 2009 YMCA Camp Greenville Alumni Weekend Retreat! We have lots of activities in store for you and some GREAT speakers as well. You'll want to meet up with your old friends as well as make new ones.

Reverend Johnny Rogers will be the keynote speaker on Camp Greenville Day on Sunday, May 24, 2009. Rev. Rogers spent ten years (1949 to 1959) as a camper and counselor at YMCA Camp Greenville, according to Will Nelson, whose involvement as a camper and staff member paralleled Rogers’ tenure. Rev. Rogers is a graduate of Davidson College and Union Theological Seminary, with a masters in biblical studies. He also has a DMin degree from Union Seminary.

Rev. Rodgers is an outstanding author, preacher and teacher, so you won't want to miss the service at Pretty Place Chapel on Sunday morning, May 24th.
