Camp Greenville Day - A Big Hit for Alumni

Over 100 Camp Greenville Alumni and Friends of Camp attended Camp Greenville Day on Sunday, May 24, 2009. Following an inspiring service with Reverend John Rogers, attendees headed down to the Dining Hall for a delicious lunch. Everyone then went down to the lodge where Hudson Denney introduced the Crymes and Wilkinson families and presented plaques to them. The Waterfront and Crymes Cabin ribbon-cutting ceremony followed. Barbara Crymes, MaryEllen Wilkinson, Fraser League and Greg McKee stepped up to the podium to say a few words. Luther Marchant III was also introduced, and he spoke about his mother Jo, who passed away just a short time ago.

Following this celebration, everyone spent time doing a variety of fun activities including hiking, going down the Zip Line, walking around Camp and visiting with friends and family.
